Huasheng Furniture Group supported the development of the Nansha Campus of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, conducting in-depth research into the layout of medical spaces and incorporating the hospital’s “Five Transparency” design philosophy.
Drawing on the characteristics of modern healthcare—precision, efficiency, and convenience—while integrating internationally advanced, high-level tertiary comprehensive medical services, Huasheng created distinct themed spaces and color schemes for different functional areas. The result is a human-centered, modern, high-end medical environment infused with Lingnan characteristics, enhancing patients’ sense of safety and trust in the hospital while helping to ease the pressure of medical staff.
The communication and rest areas also serve as public reception spaces, representing the hospital’s image to visitors. Soft lines, warm tones, and leather sofas are thoughtfully combined with lush greenery, gentle breezes, and abundant natural light to create an environment that is bright and comfortable while retaining a sense of elegance and sophistication.
With its meticulous attention to detail, Huasheng applies differentiated treatments to similar spaces on the upper floors. Brown leather sofas take center stage, complemented by softly rounded edges and carefully considered spacing. From every angle, the furniture arrangement feels orderly yet gentle, without harsh or sharp visual elements, creating a calm and rigorous medical atmosphere for patients undergoing more intensive treatment.
