Xinhua Hospital is located at the intersection of Xinzhou Avenue and Minbao Road in Longhua District, Shenzhen. With a total gross floor area of approximately 509,000 square meters and 2,500 planned beds, it is a Grade III Class A comprehensive hospital integrating medical care, scientific research, and education. As the largest single hospital building currently under construction in China, the project represents a major initiative in Shenzhen’s efforts to establish a “Shenzhen Model” for the Healthy China strategy.
Huasheng Furniture Group undertook the complete furniture furnishing project for the hospital’s medical staff apartments, which has now been successfully completed and handed over.
In designing the medical staff apartments, we moved beyond rigid functionalism, seamlessly integrating minimalist aesthetics with practical needs. The warm, natural texture of light wood tones, paired with clean and refined lines, creates spaces that combine the comfort of home with the efficiency required for professional life.
The open-plan integration of the living room, dining area, and kitchen creates a well-organized yet flexible layout. It not only meets the daily needs of medical staff for rest and relaxation but also conveys thoughtful care through carefully considered details.
